Smoothie Success!
To really supercharge your smoothie think about adding in a few different things to make a massive difference to the nutritional content. Make sure its a veggie base with a bit of fruit and then mix it up with a range of different things. Alternate between water, coconut milk, coconut water, almond milk, hemp milk.......the list is endless.
